Roof painting is the process of high-pressure roof cleaning (water blasting the tiles), replacing broken roof tiles, repointing cracked mortar and applying 1 coat of Dulux primer and 2 heavy coats of Dulux Roof membrane to the roof.

Roof membrane protects your roof from coastal city elements, such as wind and rain, as well as to help keep out pests and improve the overall aesthetic of your property.

• Roof restoration is a more complex and costly undertaking which involves removing battens, roof tiles and installing a heavy-duty sarking paper, then reinstalling battens and roof tiles.

Restoration is often necessary when old tiles have become brittle or multiple leaks have appeared throughout the home, or when the roof may need to be completely replaced.

A protective coating may be added to the roof to prevent further damage from the elements, and to extend the life of the roof.

We provide a 10-year labour warranty for roof painting. Dulux warranty is 15 years. Paint will fade over time.

Using a Premium Dulux coating and done with the right preparation your newly painted roof will last approximately 10 to 15 years.
